"Hi!

We are Allan and Corinne Roby and the owners of Chuck’s Automotive! We have many years of experience being entrepreneurs, owning and operating four other businesses in Alberta and Whitehorse sprinkled amongst working in the oil patch and Corinne working in municipal and provincial government jobs. Our last stint being in Fort St. John, B.C. we decided that we wanted to look to the Southern parts of Canada and there happened to be a business for sale on Vancouver Island. Allan took a trip alone to check it out and fell in love with Qualicum Beach. Corinne trusted his instincts and moved sight unseen. Needless to say we both love where we live now but we have been blessed to live in some very beautiful places. Its perspective. We took ownership of Chuck’s Automotive in Qualicum Beach on April 1st, 2010. To this day we have the same professional and experienced Mechanics.  Ray with  over 30 years experience and Brett with over 40!  We also added our very capable and courteous Assistant Manager, Patrick in 2018, where he moved from Alberta. We moved to Vancouver Island in February 2010 and lived in our motorhome while we searched for the place to call home. We ended up moving into a home in Bowser in March 2010, which is a 20 minute drive along the beautiful scenes of the Ocean along the Coastal Highway 19A. Each customer is regarded individually and our goal is to have customers that leave satisfied and not taken advantage of in their time of need. We look forward to bringing you the comfort of knowing your automotive needs are being met."
